Anonymized, aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

We engage select third-party service providers for payment processing (Stripe, Inc.), infrastructure hosting (Amazon Web Services), transactional email (SendGrid), and customer support tooling (Intercom). All third parties are contractually bound to process your data only on our instructions and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. 7. GDPR Rights (EU/EEA Users)

If you are located in the EU or EEA, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your personal data. 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Novacipher platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Novacipher provides a cloud-based SaaS platform for secure data management, team collaboration, and workflow automation. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with features varying by plan tier. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to transmit malicious code, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to engage in any activity that disrupts the Service for other users.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

The Service may not be used to store, transmit, or process content that: violates applicable law; infringes intellectual property rights; contains malware or harmful code; constitutes spam or unsolicited communications; or violates the privacy rights of others. Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to content you create or upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant Novacipher a limited license to host and process your content solely to provide the Service. Novacipher retains all rights to the platform, software, and technology underlying the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Novacipher's total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
